Class cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are non-refundable.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for, attending, participating in, or accessing any class, workshop, retreat, event, online session, video program, or other activity offered by CREED Yoga, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that yoga, meditation, breathwork, stretching, fitness activities, and wellness programs involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle strains and sprains

Falls

Joint injuries

Cardiovascular complications

Emotional discomfort

Aggravation of existing medical conditions

Serious injury, disability, or death
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Health Representation
I certify that:

I am physically capable of participating in the activities.

I have consulted a physician when appropriate.

I will immediately discontinue participation if I experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

I will notify instructors of any relevant medical conditions or limitations.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless CREED Yoga and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to my participation in any CREED Yoga activity, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.
Online Classes and Digital Content
I understand that participating in online classes and using digital content may involve additional risks due to the absence of in-person supervision.
I accept full responsibility for creating and maintaining a safe environment for participation.
Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize CREED Yoga to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary.
I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Photography and Media Release
I grant CREED Yoga permission to photograph, record, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, or participation during classes, workshops, retreats, or events.
I authorize the use of such materials for promotional, educational, marketing, and business purposes without compensation.
If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify CREED Yoga in writing prior to participation.
Severability
If any portion of this Waiver is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment
By participating in any CREED Yoga activity, registering online, signing electronically, checking an acknowledgment box, or otherwise indicating acceptance, I confirm that:
