Refund & Return Policy

At CREED Yoga, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 5 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

CREED Yoga reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Opened health, wellness, or personal-care products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the damage or incorrect item

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item was received damaged or defective; or

• We shipped the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CREED Yoga is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.
